One of the properties we considered was a yet-to-be built home by Grasso Development Corp. But the timing just wasn’t right -- we needed to move much sooner than the home was going to be built, so we purchased another home instead. > > Two years later, we decided to build a pool and a pool house in our backyard, and we immediately knew we would want Jeff to build our pool house. Our meeting with him two years prior had left us with such a positive impression that we did not even consider anyone else. As it turned out, we could not have made a better choice. > > Jeff belongs to a class of professionals in the construction and home improvement industry that has become all but extinct. He is the consummate professional, a man who stands behind his word and takes pride in his company and work. Honest, fair, responsive, and accountable are just a few adjectives to describe Jeff. I have always come to Grasso with a budget that is too small and a time frame that is too tight. Somehow, they make it work for me. Grasso is family run and they are honorable people. I have never paid more for a job than the original estimate. They probably won't be the least expensive when you get your initial quote because the Grassos have quality enhancements built into their budget. So, when all is said and done, you won't be nickel and dime'd over little stuff and you will probably end up saving money.
