> Used as a general contractor, they did not follow up with us on over -budget costs of subcontractors.  Workmanship was barely acceptable at times.  Carpentry skills are poor.  Much work had to be redone to meet commonly acceptable standards.  3 month project turned into 9 months, and still was not finished at the time we parted ways.

We appreciated the phone calls to affirm their arrival, who would be coming, and what they would do each day. Brian and Teddy solved our problems with a wavy floor and bowed walls to lay our plank tiles precisely and perfectly. John hung doors and Tom and Brian made sure everything was exactly level and correct. Our home is almost forty years old, so things have settled and twisted. It’s a lot bigger job with more tweaking to get tiles, doors, etc. to work.

> My husband had a fall and back injury, and I needed wheelchair ramps and wider doors fast! Ryan and his crew (Ron, Brad, Tom, and all the guys who worked on the project) were so very kind and patient. All of them were professional and explained all the steps, the plans for the project, and the inevitable challenges of renovations. Jack the dog misses them coming to the house in the mornings! Ryan worked us in between other projects to get what we needed for my husband to come home. We finished the rest of the project with minimum mess and it looks and works beautifully. I would work with Passsow again in a heartbeat!

> I wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to Passow Remodeling for some astounding customer service!!  I needed to touch up the ceiling that they had removed popcorn and painted a few years ago for me, but I could not for the life of me find a paint that matched.  One phone call to them, and Ryan not only figured out which paint it was, but he also managed to find it for me (it has been discontinued) and gave me enough paint to do my touch-up.  I don't know about anyone else, but I have not had customer service like this for years!!!  They did not have to do anything, but they went out of their way to make it right for me.  Thank you to everyone at Passow Remodeling for bailing me out and making my life so much easier.  You will never know how much I appreciate your help!!!
