**Q: countertop support** *(in Photo Questions)*

what brand/type of countertop brackets do you use for the island overhang?

A: The granite fabricator and installer that I use incorporates heavy flat steel plates that install to the top of the base cabinets and the knee wall in order to have the counter top overhanging without the use of corbels. Pretty sure you can cantilever the top approx. 15 inches with this plate.
