From the first draft, to the last draft, he listened to our needs and wants and gave insightful feedback about pricing, materials, etc. He was also extremely patient with our design process which got stretched due to the introduction of a builder and a designer that all had suggested edits based on current trends and their personal preferences. Now that 13 months have passed since we were pencils down with the drawings and we're in the final 4 months of construction (the interior detail work), I can speak from experience that the architecture was executed as planned with no issues. I even recall our builder commenting when he learned of the architect, that they have never had any issues executing Bob's plans, but it wasn't always the case with other architects. Apparently, many of the the less experienced architects forget to leave sufficient space for ducting, plumbing, etc so it can be quite challenging for the builders to execute critical functions of a house, but never with Bob. If you are in need of a patient and thoughtful architect that will partner with you step by step, look no further. Bob is your guy!
