They took the time to work on a small craftsman mosaic for my 115yr old kitchen. They even sent me a literal box of 2x2 pieces to mix and match colors myself to see in person. They created a mood board with the tile colors and sent a computer draft of the colors before any payments were made. They sent updates as they were working on my project. The tile were beautifully packaged and so secure. The installer couldn't believe how well they packaged it. My project wasn't $$$$, (less than 1500$) but the final product and the prompt service/attention to detail made me feel like it was a high priority. Could I have spent less by going to a box store for the 3×8 tile? Yes. But I chose to have everything created by MM after they created such a beautiful craftsman mosaic for me.
