I'm sorry that you had the experience of changing your own interior designer which caused an additional round of closet design changes because her ideas were different than your original interior designer. Our designer at Artisan could not keep up with the demanding 6 a.m. - midnight rounds of changes to your project; the demands of your project were too much for anyone to handle so we gave you a FULL REFUND of your deposit as we were simply not willing to handle the level of unreasonable demands that you presented. I understand that we are the second company to bow out of doing your work. We have 3 return vents on this wall and put screening on the bottom to allow for airflow. Heather was my associate and was wonderful to work with.
