The best part of the building experience with Rick was being "heard" during the development process. Rick clearly didn't infuse his own ideas for the space but gently corrected me when I was heading out of bounds or too far over budget. I can sum it up by saying that whatever I build in the future that requires architectural drawings, he will be the "go to guy". On another note, his pricing and approach were always fair and accurate.
