> Jeffrey Veffer @ Incite Design led and delivered the project to design a reconfiguration of our ensuite and closets (there are 4 separate closets, and he set about to merge them into a useful walk-in). They presented us with 4 different options, all priced, with detailed pros and cons, and supported our final decision. He was easy to work with, on schedule, and very professional. I'd recommend him - and Incite - anytime. Please note that the project cost is for Incite's work, not the actual renovation - which was $35,000.

> We have been working with Incite Design since January of last year to change the exterior façade of our home and to landscape the backyard. Jeff and Graham are terrific to work with; they are professional, creative and attentive. They presented us with a design and then worked with us to personalize to our tastes. They made the connections for us with the contractor and brought in additional professionals as needed; they provided one stop service. As the project has proceeded, they have stayed close to the project and worked out any changes in design or materials that were needed. I highly recommend them.

> I worked with Jeffrey Veffer, Partner at INCITE Design, to photograph and document his Parmbell Project. Throughout our experience together, I found him to be professional, extremely thorough with keen attention to detail, a great communicator, as well as very easy to be with.
> The project was a delight to photograph because of beautiful and thoughtful details throughout. The clean lines, and well-chosen materials were perfect fodder for stunning photography. I would not hesitate to suggest INCITE Design to anyone who is looking for Commercial or Residntial Design services, and I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

> We are very happy with our relationship with Incite Design, their flexibility and willingness to listen were beneficial to how our project progressed. Both Jeffrey and Graham are consummate professionals with a personal touch. While they have designed some of the most beautiful high end homes in Toronto, they never made me feel like my project was anything but the most important on their agenda. Our new home is now far more livable and fits the needs of our family much better than we could have imagined. Their sense of design, knowledge of materials and vision were very helpful throughout the project. The plans for my new custom home provide functional space, with exquisite design elements that will give my home a timeless appeal. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends who are even contemplating a project.

> We worked with Incite Design on a seven-figure custom home that required a high degree of communication and co-ordination. They maintained an eye to keeping the highest quality of final product with a true understanding of how building systems interact and go together.
> Their close attention to detail helped us avoid interfering with other trades on the job especially through many changes to the final outcome of the project. For anyone looking to embark on a construction project and looking for an honest, highly competent firm, I highly recommend Incite Design.

**★★★★★ — manuelmanee, Oct. 2013**

> I worked with Incite Design on a luxury custom house project that had many other trades. I was responsible for the HVAC and that meant I was working pretty much through the whole project.
>
> I really liked working with them. They have a good Overall sense of who had to do what and make sure I could get my work done by arranging other people to have things finished in time . When there was a problem we worked together to make sure it got solved.
>
> I would definitely recommend them because they really go above and beyond to make sure things get done right!

**★★★★★ — nicolaray1, Sept. 2013**

> Incite Design is a talented design firm that helped our family develop plans for our property in mid-town Toronto. They combine extraordinary creativity and a deep understanding of design with a practical understanding of how people actually live in these fast-paced times.
>
> They brought both creativity and design to our project. They came up with an idea that was far more stylish and functional than we had originally and their concept worked perfectly. They understood what we wanted to accomplish and the project came together very well. We would highly recommend Incite Design to others without hesitation.

**★★★★★ — juliepu, July 2013**

> If you want to experience a firm that genuinely listens to what you want, Incite Design is your go-to-firm. I would highly recommend Incite Design to any client that wants to intelligently create wonderful spaces without breaking the bank to do so. They (Incite) work well with the various trades and help us feel confident and excited about the project. They are very knowledgeable and present us with different options so we can make informed and rational decisions. We hope that many more clients will benefit from their expertise in the years to come.

 - Location: Not specified

 - Description: The genesis of this modern house started with a discussion about a dining area that could seat at least 14 for large family get togethers. Entertaining guests either formally or informally was a common discussion point during the design phase of the project. Even though it is a completely new build, the exterior takes on cues from the original structure dating from the early 1960s in order to fit seamlessly into the streetscape. Like many homeowners, this family defines entertaining in several w…

 - Description: The clients purchased this solidly built 80-year-old home in a highly prized mid-town neighborhood knowing they would need more space for themselves and their two young daughters. In this rear house addition the challenge was to construct a master bedroom and ensuite on top of an existing one-story family room. We worked with the client to create a welcoming and relaxing room that made the best use of all available space putting a master retreat and ensuite that feels like a tree-house oasis. Th…

 - Description: This vacation house is in a unique setting, nestled between a lake and a steep hillside. The new building transforms the owners experience of the site as the extruded folded geometries of the roof create new open living, dining kitchen areas with ample wall space for the owner’s art collections. The folded roof splits to bring clerestory light from the east, while creating intimate interior spaces. A new entry made of stone and wood wraps around the foyer and creates an intimate space that trans…

 - Location: Toronto, ON

 - Description: The Toronto Board of Trade Member Lounge started with a disused office space that housed old office furniture. There is comfortable, configurable seating along with a coffee bar and WiFi service to enhance the lounge experience. It’s the perfect place to have an impromptu meeting, start a conversation, or negotiate business in a casual setting.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Could I get the resource for the wooden cabinets, please?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love the cabinets.

A: They were fabricated to our specifications by a local craftsman - thanks!

**Q: What brand of faucet is this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I am trying to narrow down the brands that allow mounting the handle either to the left or right of the spout. Thanks.

A: This is the Rubi Rondo faucet model number RR017. We got them from a distributor locally but you can check the rubi website for more information

**Q: Kitchen cabinet materials and manufacturer** *(in Photo Questions)*

I absolutely love the look of the light colored wood mixed with metal and glass cabinets . Can you please tell me what type of wood and stain was used on cabinets and where would I get the metal and glass cabinets- what style cabinets are the metal and glass?

A: Hi there.
The cabinets were custom. The veneer is a rift cut and slip matched white oak. No stain just clear coated.
Thanks!

**Q: Full view of this space?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I wonder if you could post another pic to appreciate how you organized the long living room.

A: Hi there
Sorry we don't have the other photo of the space

**Q: sink** *(in Photo Questions)*

can you tell me where the sink was purchase from? And, what material?

A: Hi there: Thanks for asking. The sink was custom made to our design out of quartz by our fabricator. Underneath the surface there are 2"x2" steel supports that go back into a steel support system in the wall to hold the suspended vanity cantilevered. Here is a video that explains a bit more

**Q: Great Cedar siding. What color was the stain? Also is it Western Red?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi there - Its custom milled ipe cladding and the finish is Penofin Marine Oil. Let me know if you have any more questions!
