He built a custom fireplace, poured a concrete slab for my patio, built a beautiful cedar arbor, constructed an 8 foot board on board cedar fence, and replaced my roof and gutters. It really says something about a guy when you talk to his contractors and they all have good things to say about him. Kenny is someone who does things the right way and treats people how they should be treated. I also love that Kenny spent time overseas volunteering his time to build playgrounds for orphans. If you need a contractor then Kenny is your man. He will be the guy that I call for many years to come.

The owner, Kenny, made sure the job was done right by frequently checking the progress and quality of the work done and changing anything that didn't meet his or our standards. A: Not sure. This build was many years ago. The trim was pretty close to black

A: Oak flooring. Mixture of stain colors colors. Expresso & something else.

How much was the box beam ceiling ? Can I get a quote?

What type of belgard pavers/color were used?

A: I'm pretty sure it was the Bergerac selection with Hill Country & Rustic Beige Blended. The coping was travertine.

May I ask what the black wire is around the top of the green egg? I don't think I've ever seen that before. And what's its purpose? Thanks!

A: I think that was just a piece/rack from onsite the Egg.

Love, love the color of the trim with the white stone and dark brick.

A: Don't remember the trim color. This house was built back in 2008.
