Quite disappointed with the finish - corners look worn. They arrived late due to "broken machinery". When they arrived I was missing drawers, kick plates, and edging. Prior to receiving this order I ordered more cabinet doors for a customized pantry. This order was also delayed. It finally was delivered to HH last week, only to be refused because of damage. Once again they said they would rush the order. I was supposed to receive it today, last night got an email saying it would not be in today. No new date given. The product seems ok so far but the waiting time and the back orders are not worth ordering from this company. No doors, drawers, filler strips etc. The following week I received a little bit more of the kitchen. Now I am told the 3 doors that were not delivered didn’t pass “quality control” so they are put to the back of the production line. So now the “supposed” delivery date of these 3 doors will be 2 months later then the original delivery date. My light valance was horribly painted the whole bottom edge had no paint. Very disappointed with the quality and customer service! My contacts there have always been on top of any questions I've had. I very much like the quick turn around times, and that their cabinetry comes standard with soft close doors and drawers, with the exception of the Select line (at time of review). Even the Select line has the option of soft close. Their lines are well priced and stay current with their colours and door selection.
