> We made a large purchase of master bath and kitchen tiles from Tile Direct as part of a home remodel. Unfortunately, Tile Direct incorrectly shipped a mixed pallet of matte and glazed finish tile for our master shower.  Once the tile installation was complete, the installer noticed the matte/glaze error and we notified Tile Direct immediately. Unfortunately, while Tile Direct admitted the error, they refused to pay the tile installer for his time to remove and replace the matte tile they shipped in error. Bottom line.. buyer beware with Tile Direct as they clearly focus on the sale…not the experience. I would not use Tile Direct again.
