> I reached out to Frank to have him come and evaluate a large bowing wall in our family room. Frank promptly replied and offered to come over the next day to take a look. We needed to find out if the bowing in the wall was due to a structural problem. Frank offered his knowledge free of charge and educated my husband and what we needed to do to figure out if there was a problem. My husband removed the drywall that Frank pointed out. Frank promptly returned to further inspect the beams under the drywall. Frank was able to determine that the bowing wall was not due to structural defect. Boy, we were relieved. Frank offered a free consultation which detailed what our next steps should be. Frank was a pleasure to work with. His professional demeanor and knowledge assured us that we could trust his findings and subsequent guidance. We highly recommend Frank Bell Architect if you need a knowledgeable, trustworthy architect to evaluate your structural projects.
