They understood how hard it is for a family to live through a huge remodel and they strived to make the renovation as easy as possible on us, and it was! Shawn spent an extraordinary amount of time with us in planning, revisions, guidance and accommodation. He invested himself into the success of the remodel so much, he felt like family. He was an integral part of the success of the design and the ultimate implementation of this massive undertaking. Thanks A: It was Synergy's Ponderosa Pine in their Colonial Stain. Thanks for the question. **Q: Could you give me the paint colors used here? Looks great!** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Unfortunately there really wasn't any paint used on this. The siding is vinyl, I believe it was Napco siding and the color was Heather (they have since changed the names of the colors and I'm not sure what Heather is called today). And all the trim was either Azek or aluminum, all in white. I've had issues when it comes to Pella taking care of warranty issues.
