> FIVE STARS isn't enough to rate the quality of work Enrgy Woodworks provides. From design to execution the quality of Neal's work is outstanding. His design input made the sunroom Enrgy built much more than I had imagined it would be.
>
> Enrgy not only brought the job in at the price quoted, but also completed the job in the amount of time estimated from start to completion. Enrgy was dedicated to my one job throughout a two month period. That was very much appreciated and went a long way to making the construction phase stress free.
>
> I couldn't be happier and am looking forward to doing another project with them!

> Neal completed two projects on our home and we could not be more happier and pleased with the outcome. Neal is an outstanding craftsman and extremely detail oriented. We would highly recommend him for any home improvement, big or small. And we would definitely use him again. VERY TALENTED!

> Mr. Gilberti was brought into our home after another contractor had failed to complete a project in less than acceptable condition. Mr. Gilberti’s work on our home came in two phases. The first phase was repairs and restoration of the home to structural soundness. The second phase was completing the required renovation. Our project was a three story 550 square foot addition and restoration to the existing structure where water damage among other thing had occurred. Due to conditions of this project it required a great deal of communication between us and the contractor. Through this communication I quickly realized Mr. Gilberti’s know-how, experience in the field, ability to design on his feet and patience were tremendous. Mr. Gilberti was required to button up our home, where exterior leaks, daylight and air currents were common. This created some substantial challenges for Mr. Gilberti where the other contractor walked away, but with Neal’s knowledge he sailed right through the buttoning up process and quickly had the house sealed and secured. Mr. Gilberti faced design challenges inside as well, due to limitations of existing structure, which required reworking of an entire room which resulted in a beautiful Tray ceiling. This design was not part of the original layout but it was a beautiful addition to the room. He also had to deal with a structural integrity issue at the union of the existing structure and new built structure, which was flagged by a structural engineer prior to his arrival on the job. Mr. Gilberti made a few small modifications to the internal stick built structure including an engineered beam and the structural integrity was restored. Mr. Gilberti’s creativity and know how was capable of taking an area that was considered wasted space above a stair case and created an extensive and useful closet with a built in set of box steps to access the attic. Throughout the renovation process Neal was required to work with a variety of materials from the standard building materials to a variety of hardwoods, his mastery no matter the material was and is unmatched. Mr. Gilberti also took a few homeowner created pieces for example a Homemade American Chestnut counter top and assisted with its incorporation into the final project so that the effect looked natural. When it comes to money and budget which was a strong concern given our project and situation, Mr. Gilberti may not be the lowest quoted price or the highest but the quality and craftsmanship is extraordinary. And through my experience, this truly needs to be a consideration when you are considering a project that affects the value of your home and life.

> Neal completed two projects in my home. First was a third story renovation for my daughter's bedroom. Neal did a beautiful job, helping to build in bureaus and storage, great job with closets, tray ceilings and lighting. The rooms are adorable and so livable.
> I then asked Neal to work on our kitchen. We have a very small kitchen and it was so important to get every inch working for us. Again, he did a great job, and the people he brings in, plumbers, electricians, even his hired laborers were a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and I would highly recommend him.

**★★★★★ — Sterling Kitchen & Bath, Jan. 2013**

> We have worked in conjunction with Neal and ENRGY Woodworks for years, and would recommend him to any one of our clients. He has tremendous attention to detail and makes sure every aspect of the design is clear. The quality of his workmanship is superior, and our projects reflect that!

> Neal performed a much needed kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier. The project finished on time and within budget even when unexpected tasks were thrown into the mix. The results were outstanding. Pictures of our project can be found on his website: http://www.enrgywoodworks.com/gallery/Johnson Kitchen/index.html.

> Partial Remodeling of Kitchen, installation of 3 screen doors, and removal of paneling and floor in basement. Did an excellent job and was very courteous, friendly, and helpful.

**★★★★★ — tompoorerx, Jan. 2013**

> Neal rebuilt the deck on the back of our house tearing down most of the old deck and railing using and adding to the existing base. The new decking material and railing were composite material. Neal was able to recommend a supplier that had small sample decks displaying the different kinds of wood and composites. The redecking job was about 10 years ago and still looks new! There has never been nor is there now any sign of needing repair from this job. The job sight was always kept neat and as unobstuvive as possible. This past year Neal built porticos at our front and side doors. During the inspection of the framework, the township inspector was very impressed with the degree and quality of work done. The finished products are beautiful and very functional adding much to the value of our home. I would highly recommend Neal's work for any restoration or building of any home or business project.

> Neal has designed and completed projects for myself as well as members of my family. Our experience with Neal is always four star providing quaility in workmanship, attitude and integrity.
>
> We have had our kitchen re-modled, our downstairs rec-room re-modled and most importantly an amazing addition completed. Not to mention the many projects completed for family members.
>
> Because of his eye for detail, Neal can take the most mundane woodworking application and turn it into something special.
>
> Anytime we have a project in mind, Neal is our first choice and we will always reccomend him to others.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Where did this door come from** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me the manufacturer/brand?

A: Your very welcome.

**Q: portico?** *(in Photo Questions)*

now that's different :D I grew up in DH in an end row but a house like this. I have never seen any of the houses do porticos and also the skinny siding around the door on the house next door.
I lived on a 900 block too, wonder if this is across the street where I grew up lol.

A: This house is located near Bond shopping Center and the neighborhood is across the street from the Lukins property, The old Lukins Inn
