> Our new, custom railing was just installed and it is beautiful. The process of working with Hueber Industries to design and build a railing for our new deck was a pleasure in every way. As a new wooden deck was being built I could not decide whether to have a wooden or metal railing. It would go along one side of the deck and down both sides of the stairway. When I found the Huber website and saw the photos of their work that decided it for me; it would be metal and would be made by them.

Was this welded and finished on site/in place, or were you able to bring it in as one piece?  And was the "abraded" finish done with a sandblaster?
