They are unethical and unorganized. Home took over a year and a half. Do yourself a favor and go with ANYONE else for any project. **★★★★★ — reedkatherine, May 2016** > Landsted did a major remodel/addition for us which doubled the size of our kitchen, added a pantry, butler's pantry, housekeeping closet, walk-in closet and family entrance with six locker-style cabinets, bench and key drop. It was structurally complicated and custom engineered components were fabricated for the longer spans. Their design team was easy to work with and provided an initial iteration that was cost effective and good quality. They were exceptionally open to our input and modified the plan, with associated costs to which we agreed, to increase the footprint and incorporate upgraded options such as extra depth cabinets, coffered ceiling with crown moulding, two level large island and room for a table that seats ten. They had excellent contractors for carpentry, tile, wood flooring and cabinets. They volunteered to undertake any other improvements we wanted in the house and redesigned a window wall to complement the kitchen and built dormers in the bonus room. The kitchen is now the "wow" factor in our home I can't think of anything I would do differently, including contracting with Landsted.
