I am building a new home, and the great folks at Riggs helped me to pick out the specific models that would best meet my needs. They have a great monthly Supper Club where you can go and dine on a great dinner that was made using the appliances while you watch. Great way to get product knowledge andI learned so many new tips/tricks. We were greeted by the entire Riggs staff with drinks and appetizers after which they introduced us to four personal chefs who helped mentor each of the four teams we were split into during the hour-long competition. Every team had to prepare a few dishes including the secret ingredient: pears! The counters surrounding the kitchens were loaded with any and all ingredients one could think of, an amazing display. We had so much fun cooking together, comparing what each team had concocted and of course enjoying a feast at the end - including celebrating the winning team! Everybody who participated wholeheartedly agreed that it was one of the most fun events they had ever experienced and, from the business standpoint, it was truly a great team-building experience strengthening our connections very nicely. Through this evening we 'discovered how high-end and comprehensive the showroom is and we have added it to our 'tool kit' we use with clients as we help them choose appliances: Shae and the other reps are all well versed, responsive and very customer oriented. I cannot find any longer than ~ 18" and they are very skinny, too slim for use on a panel ready refrigerator.
