Hartline Construction is a full service residential and light commercial construction company based in Lake Tahoe that specializes in complex structural remodels.

We take pride in our ability to handle any size project with quality and care whether its a new home, addition, bathroom remodel, or commercial project. It is our goal to maintain an open line of communication throughout the entire construction process with our clients so that everyone involved understands the procedures and costs related to a project.

We also design and build custom furniture pieces through Rosenhart Creation. Our furniture pieces include vanities, interior/exterior benches, built in cabinets, railing systems, structural stair systems and anything else you can think of.

We believe it is our high level of commitment to the project that enables us to create a lasting relationship with our clients; before, during and even after the work is complete. And we look forward to the same with every new endeavor.

He started immediately and we had to extend the project slightly due to a severe winter in the Tahoe area. Doug has some great design ideas and we took advantage of that when it came to designing and building the staircase.
