> DHA designed a very extensive renovation to my townhouse, which involved gutting the second floor, converting the attic into a third floor bedroom and bathroom, and adding a balcony and deck. Dan was great at maximizing every square inch in our small space. He was also very conscientious during the entire building process. I love the final result!

  - Description: Sited at the rivers edge, in the Southern Virgina mountains, the house is mostly glass to allow unobstructed views into the landscape. This home uses a geothermal system to heat and cool the interior air and provide radiant heat for the stone fl oors. This system also helps to heat the pool. The simple material pallet of wood, glass, steel and stone, refl ect the natural environment that surrounds the house.
