> We have had two projects done by Case with Mike O’Hearn as our consultant both times.  Our initial experience was a master bath remodel.  That went so well we returned to Mike and Case for a big project that included a kitchen remodel and an addition with a den and sunny dining area.  We are very happy with the kitchen remodel and the addition.  The livability of our house has greatly increased.  Throughout both projects, Mike was extremely prompt and professional and worked with the designer and project manager to keep things on track. > Michael guided us skillfully from the beginning of our kitchen/den/powder room remodelling project through to the end. He was knowledgeable about the resources offered by his company Case Design. He listened respectfully to all our concerns, and from the first meeting he helped us figure out possible solutions for improving the functioning of our kitchen. The combination of his knowledge about the construction process, his attention to detail and his vibrant personality helped us to decide that Case would be the right company for our project. There was excellent collaboration between Michael, the Case artichect and the manager of the construction itself. We were also pleased and impressed that Michael stayed in touch througout the construction phase of the project.  We were comfortable signing off on the budget because of the exquisitely detailed plan that Michael presented. I must also mention that Michael was very responsive to our queries via emails. He never made us feel that we were bugging him but stayed professional and caring to the end. As a result we achieved all the objectives that we had identified for our kitchen. We love our new space.

> We live in a basement unit in a condo building with an eastern exposure.  You know where this is heading...  although our unit is large, it was dark and a bit depressing.  We worked with the original building architect and engineering teams to develop plans to remove our entire (exterior) living room wall (which was below grade), build a small walk out terrace and install 12 feet of french doors.  We had worked with Case for many large projects over the years, and hired them to complete our living room renovation.  It was a FANTASTIC project with excellent execution... the work was done on time and on budget and it looks great!  The project totally transformed our home which is now light and airy.. most people cannot tell they are even in the basement.
> Mike O'Hearn and his  project manager, Tom Craze, and their construction team gave us A-1 customer service - they were polite, respectful of our home and property, as well as our neighbors.  They satisfied our condo board,  worked very well with our property manager and made this really big job as painless to the community as possible.  We had very little disruption to our home life, even the dust was minimal given all the protection they installed.  I am a design diva and I was anxious through the process and I can be pretty detail oriented. Mike and Tom took it in stride.  They  treated us so kindly - almost like family... they gave us old fashioned customer service, taking emails and phone calls throughout  almost daily.  For example, I was not satisfied about the way an opening was closed off one evening during construction and Tom drove more than an hour from his home to fix it that evening!  When we had an open house for friends and family (I warned you I am a design diva)... Mike came and in good humor, answered lots of questions and explained the project to all of our guests.
> When people visit, everyone marvels at how the project changed our home and they are blown away when they consider the lovely french doors and terrace they are now looking at used to be a solid wall that was partially underground!  We could not have been more pleased!  Without hesitation, I recommend Case to other caring homeowners (including condo owners who cannot believe it can be done) who want the best!  I am a huge fan of Case Design, and particularly the customer service Mike O'Hearn and Tom Craze provided me.... they are importantly, terrific people as well as talented professionals.
