> quality of work truly shows. They kept the work area clean, stayed on schedule and communicated with us throughout the project.
> Our bathroom is completely transformed and not only beautiful but functional. Each inspector from our town came to inspect the

> NJ Kitchens and Baths just completed a full renovation of the 1980's kitchen in my 1947 cape cod style house. From the start, their professionalism showed through. Everything was clear, friendly, and up front. They listened to what we wanted, offered very helpful recommendations and suggestions, laid out a design plan, a schedule, explicit pricing, a clear list of what they were responsible for and what we'd be responsible for. They pulled and handled all the permits. They delivered everything, and did it ahead of schedule! When surprise issues arose (it's an old house!), they discussed options and worked with us to make sure it didn't kill our budget. The quality of the work is top notch and they were very detailed. On top of everything else, the workers were professional, and very clean. This was very important as we have two small children living in the house. The construction was properly taped off and left clean at the end of every day. 10 out of 10, I would hire them again and recommend them every chance I get. Thanks!

> I recently had my bathroom renovated by NJ Kitchens and Baths, Inc. I highly recommend this company for your next renovation.
> I had to move out of my condo for my renovation and that was hard for me to do. However, Andrew Koutoudis, proprietor and his team: Lydia, Darek and Marion made this project so easy for me. While I was away from my home, they sent me pictures of their progress.
> I selected my tiles and quartz at the NJ Kitchens and Baths showroom with the help of Lydia (designer) and Andrew. Then Andrew made me a shopping list for all the plumbing supplies needed for my renovation. The suppliers that Andrew recommended for my purchases were great to work with. Their products were of good quality. I am so glad he made these recommendations.
> I knew exactly what vanity I was looking for. I gave Andrew a brochure of a 48" white vanity that was similar to what I had in mind. Andrew did the shopping and found a vanity from a manufacturer that he liked. It was even better! The drawers were deeper and it had a beautiful matching mirror. With the quartz and hardware that I purchased from Andrew's showroom, the vanity looks beautiful. Along with the wall shelves that Andrew suggested, I have so much storage space and added some decorative baskets, etc.
> Darek and Marion have an excellent work ethic. They work hard and diligently. Even with a supply issue they stayed on target. A small plumbing part had to be replaced and Darek replaced it on the morning of the 4th of July before I returned home so I had a functional sink.
> I moved out on June 10th and returned on July 4th. Their work is amazing.
> My bathroom is absolutely beautiful. My neighbors were amazed with the transformation. I have received so many compliments from friends and family.
> You can trust NJ Kitchens and Baths, Inc. team to do your next renovation.

> Throughout the process, Andrew and his team were accommodating and reasonable about the additional costs, considering the scale had changed so much. We even tweaked the kitchen design once the cabinets were installed, and Andrew didn’t blink an eye; he understood why we wanted the change, and it was addressed quickly once the cabinetry arrived. Darek is a true master carpenter, which you need in these old homes. He made modifications on the spot in the kitchen to adjust for garbage disposals, etc. You know the work is good when another plumber visits and complements the job done. Even the town inspector was impressed and couldn’t believe the staircase to the attic was newly added; he thought it was part of the original house design. As I told Andrew, he can use me as a reference any time, and I’m happy to have people come over to see his quality of work. Renovations are stressful; NJ Kitchen & Bath made it as stressless as possible.

> My wife and I do not hire a contractor without a good deal of research. Plus, we don’t hire a contractor for a major job who doesn’t have a brick and mortar location. NJ Kitchens and Baths was a nearby location we passed often in our trips on Bloomfield Avenue. They were one of several we started to research. The reviews were five stars across various sites from customers who contracted with them. We set up an appointment with NJ Kitchens and Baths for an initial discussion. From the get go, it was a positive experience We don’t have a big kitchen with many options for changes. But we were treated like the most important customers who stepped through their door. The products, process, and timing were spelled out for us. We committed to the next step of an on-site visit and measurements.
>
> At the on-site, we discussed some of the ideas we had and what some of our options might be. We were given great feedback and agreed to have some renderings done for the floor plan. Once we committed to the plan, selected our cabinets and countertop, we felt confident in our decision. Andrew, the owner, kept in regular contact with updates on start time. One of the hidden benefits of using NJK&B was their providing us with a list of preferred vendors for plumbing supplies, appliances and tile. Dealing with those vendors facilitated the whole process. The vendors were knowledgeable salespeople who listened to our thoughts and moved is in the right direction.
>
> We were given a window of 6 - 8 weeks for the project. That included unforeseen construction issues and inspections. Darek and his crew showed up on time from day one. Darek did his best to assure us that he understood the inconvenience a kitchen renovation brings. During the daily visits, Darek ensured he asked the right questions of how we wanted things done. The crew cleaned up daily. The various contractors visits were seamless. The electrical contractor even identified a separate electrical issue that arose during the renovation (totally separate from their work) and took care of the problem.
>
> Work was done in 4 weeks. No major issues were found that delayed the project. The workmanship is truly old world talent. The crown moldings and floor moldings fit perfectly.
>
> And Andrew was always there for us. No email or phone call went unanswered. No surprise cost increases. We borrowed samples to coordinate tiles and paints. We felt an interested partner in working with him.
>
> Highly recommended for anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

**★★★★★ — Larry and Lisa, Jan. 2024**

> I highly recommend NJ Kitchens and Bath. They just completed our Kitchen renovation. From the beginning 3D design to the completion of the project it has been a pleasure to work with Andrew and his team. They were highly communicative and responsive and also professional and punctual. We requested a few changes to our original design and Andrew was very accommodating with the changes.
> Derek completed most of the labor and he is a true craftsman, attention to detail and workmanship. The crew cleaned up everyday before leaving and did an excellent job. We are very happy with our Kitchen renovation. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, communicative company then NJ Kitchen and Baths is the company to use.

**★★★★★ — Drew, April 2023**

> We recently used NJ Kitchens and Baths to redo our second floor full bathroom (full gut renovation). From the initial consultation and design to full construction and finishing, the entire NJKB team was professional, responsive, on time and an absolute pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with the results of our renovation. This is truly a company and team that is honest and cares about doing things the right way (and has the experience to provide value-added recommendations). I would recommend NJKB without reservation and would certainly use them again in the future.

**★★★★★ — Jennifer Keating, April 2023**

> We felt supported every step of the way with the renovation of our bathroom. Andrew and his team were highly communicative and responsive every step of the way with our project. Whether it was coordinating with suppliers, securing permits, even arranging for a porta-john while they worked on our only bathroom, NJ K&B could always be counted on. And our finished bathroom is beautiful! Thank you to Andrew, Wotjek and the NJ K&B team!

**★★★★★ — Corinne Victoria Design LLC, Nov. 2021**

> NJ Kitchen and Baths were great partners to work with for my client's kitchen gut renovation! Andrew and Gerry took the time to outline their design process, fee structure, and answer all my questions even before hiring them for the job. I found them easy to work with, friendly, informative, professional, detail oriented, and prompt! When we hit a few bumps in the road during the process, Gerry was there with a solution quickly! Thank you for making the design process run smoothly and giving me one happy client!

**★★★★★ — Dana Trinkleback, Feb. 2021**

> We highly recommend NJ Kitchens and Baths! We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with them. Our kitchen was a complete nightmare and they turned it into a dream. Gerry took our ideas, elevated them, and then turned it into reality. We really loved being able to see the 3D design concept. Andrew was helpful, responsive, and honest throughout the entire process. Darek completed most of the labor and he is a true craftsman with high attention to detail. We knocked down a wall, moved all the plumbing, and even had some challenging exterior brick work from filling in a window and it looks great. Our before and after photos speak for themselves!
>
> We shopped around before choosing NJ Kitchens and Baths & now that everything is finished, we’re confident we made the right choice. Everyone else made us feel as though it would be a job they would have to squeeze in or barely gave us the time of day. A few gave us price quotes that were so low we knew that we would end up with huge surprise costs at the end, or so high that we figured they just didn’t want to bother. We had no unexpected costs at the end of the project and everything ran right on time, which is essential when you’re living without a kitchen for a few weeks!
>
> We look forward to many happy years in this kitchen & I’m confident that it will stand the test of time.

**★ — Shawn, July 2020**

> The salesman that came to our home was rude and unprofessional. We would not recommend their services or conduct business.

**Comment from NJ Kitchens and Baths:**

> When this homeowner called our showroom we discussed approximate costs to complete his kitchen remodel using domestic materials and licensed tradesman. He was a bit dismissive about the over the phone budget costs and wanted an in home consultation. Our designer met with him at his home and reviewed the scope of work and reaffirmed the budget numbers at which point the homeowner laughed. He requested the budget numbers to be cut in half (which we can't do) and also for a design and written proposal. Our designer asked for a retainer fee to which he said "you can't provide a written proposal?". It was abundantly clear that we were not a good fit and we did not want to waste more of anyone's time.

**★★★★★ — ms\_christina05, July 2020**

> Andrew, Darek and team did a great job with our recent kitchen remodel. I planned my kitchen for over a year, outlining kitchen designs in excel spreadsheets, and purchased appliances and tiles even before choosing the general contractor. After speaking with multiple companies, we ultimately chose to go with NJ Kitchens and Baths based on their excellent references, flexibility with the date of the project, and ability to work within our budget. Our project was a complete remodel of the kitchen which included repiping of all plumbing and gas lines, rearranging appliances, opening a wall, editing a window, rerouting the baseboard heater, and ducting a rangehood. Right before the start of the project, we found out our 2nd floor bathroom plumbing was clogged, and NJ Kitchens and Baths was able to add it to the list of changes, including adding a whole house filtration, upgrading our electrical panel, and adding a herringbone backsplash. I was originally nervous because I was only ab

**Comment from NJ Kitchens and Baths:**

> Thank you very much Christina! We are you glad your happy with you new kitchen and that we were able to finish before the Covid quarantines began!

## Community Q&A

**Q: What are the dimensions of this room?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What are the dimensions of this room? I have a 11' x 11.' home office that I am thinking of renovating. Would this design work?

A: The room is 16' x 17'-6". You can create a similar layout in your space with few cabinets. The base cabinets with countertops are 25" deep. Therefore you will have approximately 7' between the desks.

**Q: who makes these cabinets?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Who makes the cabinets in this home office?

A: Midcontinent Cabinetry

**Q: Do you have the name and color of the floor tile?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Sorry I don't. The customer supplied the tile. I recall it was porcelain.

**Q: Isn't this a photo of a bathroom Genevieve Gorder did on her show???** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Yes, we did the installation for the show and many others for Dear Genevieve on HGTV.
