Cluck Design Collaborative is a Charlotte-based architecture firm born out of a mutual respect for bespoke solutions and making design accessible. After nearly a decade, co-founders Kevin Kennedy and Chris Scorsone have compiled a portfolio of global projects ranging from private residences, retail, and restaurants to furniture and repurposed shipping containers. As our name suggests, we collaborate with fellow architects, builders, artists, craftsmen, and others outside of the traditional architectural model. > Chris and Kevin came up with a great plan for an addition to my house, a Dilworth bungalow originally built in 1914.  the process included obtaining approval of the Historic Commission, which was not an easy process, but Chris and Kevin accompanied me to the meetings.  once the process began we had to make some changes because of unanticipated structural challenges, but the changes to the layout were handled brilliantly.  I would highly recommend them for any type of new or renovation work.  They didn't try and impose their vision on me, but rather got a sense of what I wanted and crafted the project with that in mind.
