> I hired Chris to build my detached garage. Throughout the process it was a real partnership. He was very thorough, focused on the detail, kept a clean job site and always communicated with me. The scope of the project changed along the way and Chris did a great job being creative, accommodating and very thoughtful with recommendations. Since the big project we've hired Chris to do some interior finish work along with some smaller jobs around our home and as always, the work was excellent and at a fair price. He's an honest, hardworking, good contractor and has a real talent for finish work along with an eye for detail. Overall, I could not recommend him more highly.

> Chris Connolly and his company refurbished our basement, and our experience was extremely positive.
>
> There was a lot going on in this project. We removed a closet that was under the stairs and replaced it with a second bathroom (which we needed in order to renovate the bathroom upstairs). Critically, this second bathroom was below the septic line, so a significant amount of plumbing work was required. We also replaced the stairs, which were basically falling apart, and put down a floor. Finally, we took some bookshelves that my grandpa was working on before he passed away and had them installed on one of the walls, purposely leaving them slightly unfinished.
>
> The stairs in particular were very well done. Chris hires an excellent finishing carpenter, the same guy who worked on the bookshelves.
>
> A couple of things I thought were very good: they made excellent suggestions on what to do throughout the project, and they were more than happy to come back and make small touch-ups on minor stuff we discovered while actually using the things they made. That was very helpful.
>
> The project did cost quite a bit, but it was understandable given how many different kinds of work needed to be done. One note for anyone planning something similar: if your project is time sensitive, make that very clear up front and ask for frequent updates. Chris communicates well over text, so it's easy to stay in the loop once you set that expectation.
>
> The final product was perfect, no complaints. The basement is excellent; this is exactly what we wanted.

**★★★★★ — Patty McCabe, April 2026**

> We hired Chris to remodel our bathrooms, our basement and our laundry room. Our basement renovation included fixing a problem leak. Our basement required required some extra work, but Chris successfully fixed the leak and he turned part of the space into an amazing home gym! Chris also built a portico for our front entrance, and this made a huge difference for curb appeal. Chris was easy to work with, responsive to questions and had great attention to details. He had useful recommendations along the way for each space. All the tradespeople that he hired were high quality. Everyone arrived on time and if there were issues we were notified in a timely manner. We are thrilled with the results and we would recommend him for any project!

**★★★★★ — C Weston, Sept. 2024**

> We hired Chris to add a sunroom and deck to our house. From the beginning, he was easy to contact and communicate with. We were always kept in the loop on the status of the project and his attention to detail was top notch. He even worked with us on adding a custom bar top to our deck that our neighbors can’t stop talking about! We will be reaching out to him for our next project!

**★★★★★ — Termite damage repair, Feb. 2024**

> Chris Connolly was wonderful to work with. He continually updated me on the status of scheduling my project, completed it in the timeframe as promised, and did an excellent job overall. I recommend him highly.

**★★★★★ — S Gourdin, Aug. 2023**

> Connolly Management Group was a pleasure to work with, as ever. They put in a stone wall at the back of my yard, and I trusted them enough to travel while they did it. Fees and expectations were crystal clear, and the finished wall is lovely.

**★★★★★ — K, July 2023**

> I hired Chris to do a major remodel to update my Cambridge Philly-style condo. Chris and his team did a phenomenal job, delivered the project within budget and on time, and was communicative throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about how this project turned out - it exceeded my expectations.
> The scope of my project included: open up a major structural wall, widen and improve the out-of-code stairs leading up to the "Philly" room, remove old built-in storage pieces, remove some non-structural walls, rearrange the entrances to some rooms, and a complete cosmetic update to all of the interior trim, walls, ceilings, floors, and lighting. This project was to take place over the course of 3 months in the winter, while I was temporarily relocated/moved out of my house and communicating with Chris remotely from across the country.
> I interviewed a lot of design-build firms to take on this job, and I hired Chris for his honesty. When I described the project goals to Chris during the initial consultation, the first thing he did was measure the distance from my floor to ceiling, before telling me that he couldn't realistically promise the staircase I had described (others simply insisted that it would be possible, no problem). The subsequent visits of his tradesmen to scope and quote the project were worth the modest price for a detailed quote (especially compared to other firms who went from "free consultation" to "multiple thousand dollar deposit to lock into a contract"). I was insistent on certain changes to the staircase, and Chris was incredibly accommodating - he modeled up a number of different solutions with calculations, in addition to communicating with the building inspector at the Cambridge office to make sure the changes would meet code far in advance. I am so glad that I trusted him to plan the stair design and do his utmost to provide me with alternatives and backup plans. I also appreciate his eye for design - he perfectly captured the modern style I wanted for this unit.
> His team worked every day on my condo. Chris professionally repaired every construction "surprise" that came up (a corroded pipe sprung a leak in the basement during construction, a broken key, a porch stair was damaged by a third-party - not part of Chris' crew, etc). When there were issues of paint fumes drifting to an adjacent unit (normal part of the construction process), Chris responded to my texts to resolve the issues, even though I was across the country. His attention to detail and communication made this project smooth and I felt like he dealt honestly with me where others in the construction industry have not before (I am female in my 30s). Chris' pricing is transparent and very fair for the level of service he offers. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone. It is 100% possible to have a stunning renovation done to your home while you are not in-state to micromanage the work, and to not be intimidated by the process.

**★★★★★ — Andrew White, April 2023**

> Chris was awesome to work with during our entire project. We started with the idea of a screened in porch but due to town regulations it wasn't possible. We still needed much more usable outside space and Chris came up with a plan! It evolved when we found issues like the foundation of our house being in the way. This allowed for a built in stone bench, a fire pit, patio, closed up door to be a new window and a new back staircase. It was great to work with him and we love the end result!
>
> Thanks Chris!

> As a homeowner and an insulation contractor, there is no other professional I would recommend higher than Connolly Management Group. Chris and I have worked together on various projects over the past few years. His professionalism and craftsmanship is unparalleled. Chris is also very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of construction, from design and planning to execution and completion. You will not be disappointed!

**★★★★★ — HU-697213646, March 2023**

> Worked with Chris on two different projects at our house in Concord, an outside entryway overhang and a bathroom remodel.
>
> We've worked with several general contractors in recent years, and Chris was BY FAR the best. He is honest, knowledgable, thorough, communicative, and finishes everything he promises even if you've forgotten about it yourself. He suggests improvements (that don't cost you any extra money) without being prompted and implements them. He clearly cares about the details - his sense of ownership over the quality of what he's building is inspiring.
>
> We would work with him again in a heartbeat.

**★★★★★ — Katie Rucinski, Dec. 2022**

> I hired Chris for a relatively small job, to replace a sliding door with two casement windows, and repair the rot under the sliding door which had gone down to the sill. I went with Chris because of his knowledge and expertise, and I trusted him. He communicated with me throughout the process and completed the job in a timely manner. He cleaned the job site when he was done. I had a great experience with Chris and would highly recommend him.

**★★★★★ — HU-227958138, Sept. 2022**

> CMG is a fantastic contractor for a variety of renovation, remodel, or new build needs. We worked with Chris and the team to remove a wall that separated two rooms. Chris was at the property daily with his various vendors and ensured the project finished on time and within budget. Highly recommend Chris and CMG.

**★★★★★ — Kate Griffin, April 2022**

> I can highly recommend Chris. We hired him for an attic addition including an addition of a full bathroom. His communication is great and there was never a concern of "whats next?" or "where is everyone?" He or his contractors were here almost every day! The attic came out beautiful and he stayed completely in our budget that we initially laid out. Chris is also an easy person to get along with and pleasure to have in your house everyday. He is meticulously neat and cleans up after himself and his subs everyday. I never felt worried having any of the subs he contracted with or him in my house while I wasn't here or while I was sleeping (I work nightshift).

**★★★★★ — Emily Izer, March 2022**

> I hired Chris to do basically a major renovation of my condo during the height of covid and could not be happier that I did. I hired him to renovate a full bath, add a half bath, new doors and frames, new floors, custom closets, add a fireplace, remove a wall, add ac and trim and paint the entire place. Almost the entire project was designed and executed over texts and FaceTime as I lived out of state during the renovation process. I received near daily updates from Chris during the process. He even FaceTimed me from a showroom so I could pick out in stock tile!
>
> When I first met with him he was very upfront about the costs and scope of the project. The quotes I received had full transparency as far as materials and labor. He was very meticulous about keeping the job site clean and respected the two other condo owners while working in the unit.
>
> One of the biggest fears I faced renovating the condo was to not be taken seriously as a home owner as a woman in her early 30s, or worse, to be taken advantage of. With Chris I could ask all of my questions and he would answer every single one and give advice for where to save and where to spend. He returned every single one of my phone calls and looked out for the projects bottom line.
>
> The home is beautiful and my only disappointment is that I didn’t renovate my kitchen while Chris was working on the rest of the home.

**★★★★★ — Paul Villanova, May 2020**

> Connolly Management Group was great to work with!
>
> We had a particular challenge, a pony-wall in our new split level ranch that presented a safety concern for our two young children, as it overlooked a 10 foot drop into a stairwell.
>
> We found Chris based on his great reviews, explained both our safety concerns and also our overall design approach to the house, and asked him for options. Chris presented a number of safe options that fit the feel of the house that we wanted, and ultimately we decided on a design.
>
> Chris was very responsive and communicative. He hit all the dates we requested and provided a finished product that my wife and I are both VERY happy with.
>
> I highly recommend Connolly Management Group for your next home improvement project!

**★★★★★ — Ruben Brown, May 2020**

> Chris arrived at complex mess. He successfully took over over the project when demolition and structural engineering reports were complete, after the discovered damage exceeded the capabilities of the homeowner and prior contractors.
>
> Chris was able to turn the project around both working with existing third party contractors, with crews he brought in himself, and with his own carpentry work.
>
> His carpentry work included reframing of converted second story porch bedroom respondent to structural engineering report, squirrel and water damage, including complete roof reframing under existing roof, replacement of damaged windows and sill, evaluation and repair or replacement of prior work by other parties, full finish work from studs, and finish carpentry including trim work.
>
> Chris completed the project at a high level of quality, even when faced with pre-existing mistakes to remedy.
>
> Throughout he was clear communicator and able to talk through decision points. For example, all change orders were places were we knew up front at the time we signed the original contract we had a decision to make.
>
> We would have employed Chris to do additional work past finish carpentry, but with the pandemic we jointly decided to wrap up before the painting. We would certainly recommend the Connolly Management Group and hire them again.

**Comment from Connolly Management Group, LLC:**

> Thanks again for the work Ruben. It was a pleasure working for you guys. I am happy we were able to complete everything before the shut downs were in place.

**★★★★★ — Local Tile LLC, Jan. 2020**

> It has been a pleasure working with Connolly Management Group over the years. The most noteworthy aspect of Chris is the relationship he builds with his clients. Being a Tile Installer I am usually one of the last of his trade specialists on a project. When I walk with Chris into someone’s home for the first time and meet his client, it is always smiles, excitement and a warm welcome. The relationship he builds with his clients is just as important to him as the quality of his work. Having 20yrs of construction experience myself, I have worked with a lot of General Contractors, the good, the bad and the undesirable. Over the years I have been to many people’s homes at the end of a job to install tile and have listened to them vent about how bad the experience has been with their General Contractor (GC) and the shoddy quality of GC’s work. It is always a great experience working with Chris and the level of professionalism and quality of work he brings to the project makes working with him seem like engaging with a lifelong friend.

**★★★★★ — Tanya Larrabee, Sept. 2018**

> Chris was great and so easy to work with! We hired him to do a renovation of our Dorchester condo that included a kitchen and bathroom, and we're so happy we did! Chris was super communicative and paid attention to the small details. We were expecting a baby and Chris was able to effectively manage a large job and deliver a finished product in a timely manner while keeping the stress level of such a large renovation to a minimum. Because of Chris, we were able to bring our new little guy home to a beautiful brand new home!

**★★★★★ — info714052, April 2018**

> I have worked on several projects with Chris and his team. He is always very organized, safe and professional. His work is high quality and I would recommend his work to anyone. T

**★★★★★ — Tom Barrington, Jan. 2018**

> Chris built our three season porch that replace a small deck. From the very beginning he was enthusiastic and helpful. He walked us through the town variance process as well as working with the town building inspectors when we discovered a abandoned septic system where the footings needed to go.
> Once we were able to build we were impressed with his craftsmanship, attention to detail and the neatness of the site. He was easy to talk to and explained every step of the process. He communicated well about the delays that came up and was willing to put in the extra time to keep on schedule. His crew and the subcontractors were also professional and worked up to his high standards. We are delighted with the final porch. While we envisioned a 3 season porch it can be used year round.. We highly recommend Connolly Management Group.

**★★★★★ — Gregory J. Ostroski Plumbing and Heating, Jan. 2018**

> I have worked on multiple construction jobs with Chris and can honestly say he is a professional motivated honest contractor. He works hard and expects the same from his employees. I have watched him work with his clients on design and structure of the property. He always takes every concern from a client seriously and is respectful. I’ve worked in the this business for over 15 yrs and I can say without a doubt Connolly management is top notch.

**★★★★★ — mjbiondolillo, Sept. 2017**

> We hired Chris to finish a rehab of our 3 unit condo following a fire after another contractor couldn't complete the job (after 2 years on the job). Chris got everything left incomplete done in the span of 2 months and went out of his way to help get sign offs for all units as the prior contractor neglected to get permanent occupancy. We recently moved and wish we could take Chris with us because of the high quality of his work and genuine care for his clients. Top marks across the board!

**★★★★★ — H Leonardo, July 2017**

> We hired Chris after reviewing 4 estimates to remodel our old, outdated and poorly configured bathroom. We had an idea of what we wanted and Chris was able to execute our vision and offer suggestions on how to improve the space. Chris exceeded our expectations and delivered a gorgeous bathroom on time and within our budget. Chris takes enormous pride in his work and is a true craftsman. His attention to detail is amazing!
>
> He is professional, responsive, reliable, pleasant and easy to work with. Chris has an incredible work ethic. He left our house very clean after finishing each day – hugely appreciated. Chris is easy to communicate with, and responded very quickly to our requests. He had no problem answering my questions (new to home remodeling, I had a lot). Chris even explained what he was doing to our 2 curious kids. They looked forward to seeing him and his colleagues every day.
>
> All of the sub-contractors he works with are professional, polite and perform very high quality work.
>
> We asked Chris to provide an estimate for 2 other projects. We have also given his name to several friends/co-workers looking to remodel their bathroom, kitchen and porch.
>
> Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him. We look forward to working with him again.

**★★★★★ — Divine Interiors by Jennifer, July 2017**

> I am an interior decorator Divine Interiors/Jennifer Jenkins and hired Chris to do custom work for a client. Chris has both a personable yet professional deameaner. A client moved into a newly constructed home and the design had some challenges. So, I decided to do a half wall to make the rooms look and feel open still yet divided to give a feel where you may be separate from kitchen. Refrigerator was located close to the seating area. So, I got Chris involved and we created this perfect half wall and he customized a lovely column for support and yet looks beautiful.
> So, the clients was set on walllpapering the dining room and what we choose was a stunning rice paper and silk and again got Chris involved to customize a chair rail and was challenged by walls that were not straight. He had a solution ad it turned out great.
>
> Chris is talented and a great person to work with too!

**★★★★★ — sweetfury, July 2017**

> Chris was outstanding. He was professional from the first engagement and delivered on what he promised. He demonstrated a balance between creative design brainstorming and practical implementation. As the job progressed, he was easy to work with on the unexpected elements of the project and I always felt he was focused on delivering a great result with no stress. I have started working with Connolly Mgt Group on a second home project already and highly recommend him.

**★★★★★ — Linda Manning, May 2017**

> Working with Chris was great. His understanding of the challenges that were to be expected was very helpful.
>
> We had a very large deck that had never been maintained by the previous home owner. All the railings and decking were rotted and had to be replaced. Chris strengthened the structure and also bolted the ledger board to the home. This is how the deck is attached to the house and it was not done properly. I would not have noticed this, but he did! At our request he also added 10' of width in one area to create a more open seating area.
>
> The quality of his work was excellent. I'm glad we found Chris and highly recommend him. His prices were also very competitive.

**★★★★★ — Lisa Burzdak, Jan. 2017**

> Chris installed a hounds tooth pattered barn-wood ceiling in our dining area. It came out better than we ever could have imaged! Chris is extremely talented and detailed orientated, even down to the trim details! Chris takes great pride in his work which is hard to come by. Chris was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him!

**★★★★★ — Tony Buono, Jan. 2017**

> An outstanding craftsman, easy to work with, extremely accommodating, and very helpful in visualizing what you want. Chris worked with us to install cabinets and book shelves around the fireplace in our condo -- and we couldn't be more pleased. Simply outstanding... a perfect finish to our living area.

**★★★★★ — torindr, Jan. 2017**

> Chris helped rebuilding our deck. He is so professional through out the project. I would strongly recommend hiring Chris for any type of home improvement or construction projects.

**★★★★★ — Robin Doucette, July 2016**

> Chris was recommended by my Pest Control company. In starting a minor step repair at the main entrance to my home, we found live termites that had caused a fair amount of damage. Chris was in the area when I called and came that day for an initial look and estimate. Once he started, he was dedicated to completing the job and actually came in under the original estimate. Chris was very thorough and professional and a pleasure to work with. His workmanship and attention to detail is quite obvious. Not only is the termite damage gone, but my entrance looks more inviting! I am very pleased with the results and will be calling him back in the future for any work I need to have done.

**★★★★★ — dlpsmp, June 2016**

> Chris and his company were recommended to me by a co-worker. We had significant water damage from the previous winter and Chris was able to not only fix everything, but when issues arose outside of the initial scope, he approached us very professionally and provided us with different options on how to fix the issue and maintain a cost effective budget.
>
> We could not be happier with Chris' work. The quality and craftsmanship is fantastic, his ideas on how we should do things (installation of ceiling lights, etc.) were the perfect compliments to the original designs. Overall we are thrilled with our work and we look forward to working with Chris in the future.

**★★★★★ — sonber, May 2016**

> We worked with Chris on a couple of projects for our home; specifically, the construction of a large half wall, a new chair rail for our dining room and window box treatments for our home office. Chris was wonderful to work with and was both courteous and professional. His craftsmanship was impeccable and his quotes were both well-detailed and competitive. I would highly recommend working with Chris on any projects for your home or business!

**★★★★★ — janvaluk, March 2016**

> Chris installed a door in my basement leading to the bulkhead. He was on time and did great work. I'm very happy with the results!

**★★★★★ — J. White Handyman, Design & Construction, Dec. 2015**

> Chris was hired to reconstruct a condo entry, living room, bathroom and partial kitchen after a steam pipe burst in the building. He was very patient, professional, helpful and even-tempered throughout the difficulty of the project. The final product was of excellent quality and fine craftsmanship. I will definitely recommend him to future clients.

**★★★★★ — Matt Harris, Dec. 2015**

> I have engaged Chris Connolly for multiple projects throughout my portfolio as a Portfolio Manager at a Property Management firm in Boston. The quality of work has been excellent and I am extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. No project is too small - my residents have been extremely happy with the vendor after they have seen his finish product of common area repairs/updates. Based on the quality of work many residents have engaged Chris directly for remodels of their units. Each of my Boards have identified him as a preferred vendor for the property.

**★★★★★ — nrbarletta, Dec. 2015**

> My husband and I wanted a mantel built above our brick fireplace in our living room and also built-ins added to both sides. I started researching contractors on Houzz and found Connolly Management Group to have one of the highest ratings. After reading all the reviews, we decided to contact them and had a call back and an estimate for the work in a very reasonable time. Once the project started we had to wait a little longer than expected to get the work done but it was worth the wait! The quality of Chris's work is exceptional. He is a perfectionist and we couldn't be happier with the way our mantel and built-ins came out. We are so pleased with the way everything came out.

**★★★★★ — Mark Johnson, Oct. 2015**

> Defining professionalism: Courteous, conscientious, attentive, thorough, detail oriented and most of all the desire to see your project, big or small, become all you wanted it to be. I've known Chris for five years attending college together. I had 25 years experience as a contractor and Chris continually asked questions wanting to gain knowledge to be the best contractor. Besides doing well in school, Chris continually seeks knowledge and new methods, materials, and techniques to provide the best product and service possible. Working for him this past year, I saw his real concern and desire to give each customer what they wanted- frequently sharing ideas that displayed his craftsmanship and design capabilities. Chris can offer true insight for a young professional - but the key is professional; he will never take on a project that he can't complete to 100% of your satisfaction. Call today! You'll be glad you did!

> Chris repaired my bathroom after a pipe broke in the wall causing substantial damage. He replaced the walls, ceiling and flooring. It looks better that ever! He was easy to work with, polite, respectful and he charges reasonable rates. I am very pleased with my experience with Chirs overall. As a metter of fact, I've now contracted with him to replace the tile in my tub, and I have other improvment projects in mind when that's done.

> We hired Connolly Management Group to put up a backsplash in our kitchen. Chris was extremely professional, reliable and had great attention to detail. He was able to get the job done in about two days and it looks amazing! We highly recommend him and look forward to using him for any future projects!

> Chris installed a beautiful deck for us this summer. He handled all aspects of the project from the demolition of the old deck, installation of new supports, and the building of railings, stairs, and the latticework around the base. Along the way, Chris presented us with tradeoffs as he designed and built the deck, discussing the pros and cons of each choice and the costs involved.
>
> We appreciated his attention to detail and his effort to make everything as nice as possible, just like he was building the structure for his own house. We've gotten a ton of compliments on the new deck! We were so satisfied with Chris's work that we recently hired him again to put up some crown molding in our dining room. We'd highly recommend Chris for any large or small carpentry projects.

> I was referred to Chris of Connolly Management by a close associate after experiencing a less than desirable situation with another contractor. I was seeking a reliable and professional resource to come in and finish a built-in project another contractor had left in disarray. After speaking with Chris, I heard the words all designers want to hear, "Not a problem, I can help you resolve this and make it better than initially planned." Chris lived up to his word! The project was completed in a timely fashion and my clients were thrilled, the most important part. I've continued to work with Chris on other projects and refer him to my design community.
>
> Chris is very fair with his pricing, he is prompt with all communication and has a friendly disposition. I would recommend him all day long to anyone looking to hire a contractor for projects big and small.

> Connolly Management designed, procured and replaced my back decking and railings, doing so under local code. Chris helped us creatively pick out materials and the overall layout of the new rail and stairs with attention to detail and budget. We will certainly have Connolly Management back for our next home project.

> I needed to have cellar steps leading down from the bulkhead rebuilt for a town inspection. I had Connolly Management Group come over to do the job and my first impression of Chris was his professionalism. He was courteous and gave me a real estimate on what was involved in rebuilding the stone sidewalls that were breaking apart, as well as the custom building of the steps. The time frame that he gave to me for the completion of the job was true. I was very impressed on how he completed job. The inspector passed this work. I found that the pricing was very reasonable for the work he had to do to ensure that the walls as well as the steps were in a safe and sound condition for future use. I have given this company's name out to other people and will continue to do so.

Despite being a young entrepreneur, Chris possesses the skills and knowledge of a seasoned expert to tackle nearly any job and execute it to a T. Chris meticulously completes his work, never sacrificing quality for speed. He also ensures to leave his work area tidy upon completing his work for the day. Having seen his abilities and accomplishments first hand, I would definitly entrust Chris with working on my own home.

> Chris Connolly completed a sizeable exterior residing job at our home in over the 2014-15 winter. What began as a simple repair job turned into much more as he noticed a substantial amount of rot under the clapboard siding on the front of our home. With our permission, he did a thorough examination of the extent of the water damage and concluded that all the siding and window frames on that side of the house needed to be replaced. He presented a detailed proposal, including itemized parts and labor, and began the work in early December.
>
> He endured some harsh weather over the course the project but worked through the cold and wind to keep pace with the job. He showed impressive resourcefulness and problem solving skills when he encountered some underlying issues which he promptly resolved. Chris always kept my wife and I thoroughly updated on his schedule of work, which made us feel confident he was in total control of a pretty complex job. His carpentry skills showed many times as he completed some intricate finish work, including window molding that closely matched the detail on windows on other sides of the house. When subcontractors were needed for specific tasks, Chris coordinated their work and schedules, and ensured everything was done right.
>
> We enthusiastically recommend Connolly Management Group for home repair and carpentry work. His work ethic and attention to detail are outstanding, and it’s great that he takes the time to make sure we are up to date on all aspects of the job.

> Chris Connolly installed a soffit vent for me. He was extremely communicative beforehand and did a wonderful job. I have consulted him since for other projects in the future and will definitely engage his services again.

**★★★★★ — pastordave, Feb. 2014**

> We had discovered some rot on our house and we could not find a contractor willing to tackle the job. We heard about Chris Connolly in a playbill ad at a local high school. It said he specialized in fixing water damage and making repairs so that he damage would not reoccur. We had no idea how bad the damage was, due to faulty construction on small details that led to really big problems. Chris removed siding where necessary, repaired the damage, and improved the house. He even had to detach our deck from the house to get at some of the damage! He reinforced the deck and built beautiful new stairs. The rot is gone and his improvements mean it will not come back. He was flexible to work with and seemed like a part of the family. We are so thankful that we found him!

**★★★★★ — gailsfixedhouse, Feb. 2014**

> Chris was very professioanl and knowledgable. He was very polite, neat during the work process, and done on time!
> the following jobs were completed by Chris in 2013:

> 2\. Replaced/repaired trim boards on the exterioir.
> 3\. Misc. painting

**★★★★★ — Boston Fine Properties, Feb. 2014**

> We've hired Connolly Management on multiple occasions to help run our residential rehabs. From landscaping to framing to trim work, they can do just about anything we throw at them. They are very professional, flexible, and we would highly recommend them to both homeowners and businesses that require superior property management and construction.

A: I remember it was decent height. Probably closer to 96"

**Q: wallpaper?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where can I find this wallpaper?

A: That is a good question. The homeowner picked it out so I do not have that in my notes. It's like a mix between a dragon and tiger.

What color stain is that? Who is the stain manufactured by? Did you use a brush or roller? Thank you.

A: You're very welcome. Good luck with your project!

A: The dimensions were 16" deep, 24" wide and about 7" tall. Thanks for checking them out!

**Q: decking material** *(in Photo Questions)*

What type of decking was used?

A: Hi there. The decking was Veranda Decking (home depot composite product). If you would like the exact style i can get you that. This was my first time using veranda and would install it again! The railings were a custom built.
