> My wife and I have worked with Victor Pombo and AD&C Group Inc. on a number of projects at our home since 2011.  Recently Victor designed and renovated our four bathrooms (2 of which were gut renovations) and we couldn’t be more pleased. Each is unique and beautiful. Victor's design capabilities, including his ability to choose and select colors and materials, have worked seamlessly with our vision. His attention to detail and his diligence produce fabulous outcomes. Also commendable is Victor's crew. They are true craftsmen who are courteous and trustworthy and who maintain a safe and clean workplace.  There is always open communication with Victor, and he kept our projects on budget and on time.  All of Victor's professional attributes are enhanced by his genial and candid personality. We told him that we were happy with the design we worked through with our architect and asked him to remove that service from his proposal. We never heard from him again. He seems hyper focused on the design part of things vs the build side, and his aesthetic is a little dated for our taste.

> We moved into a raw 1300 sq. ft. loft in Williamsburg, Brooklyn that had just turned residential, so all of the apartments still had a very industrial feel/layout. We hired AD&C Group to turn our blank slate into a livable apartment. But more than that, we enlisted Victor and his team to execute our vision. He designed and built us a massive walk-in closet that managed to make the space look even bigger than before. He worked with our interior designers to design and install everything from window pane sliding glass doors around the bed, to custom stained wood floating shelves in the kitchen, to Tom Dixon pendants and sconces throughout the space. His team is professional and a pleasure to work with, and they adhere to the timeline given (no running over!). To top it all off, Victor is a perfectionist and it's clear in his execution, even pushing back on us if we wanted something that he knew wouldn't look good. Overall, couldn't be happier with Victor, his team, and the job they did!

> We have used AD&C group for our complete home remodel that has been ongoing since February 2013.  We have a split level home, built in the 1950's, that needed a full makeover.  AD&C group has done our entire home (kitchen, bathroom, exterior, etc...)  Victor is incredibly knowledgeable, detail oriented, and a true professional.  He made my dream kitchen a reality.  It is truly one of the most beautiful and breathtaking kitchens I've ever seen (and this is told to me by any guest in our home as well!)  From the big construction (kitchen, bathroom, etc..) to the details and design (paint colors, trim, molding)- Victor knows what he's talking about!  He took all my ideas, added the details, and formed a cohesive plan and layout that was seamless.  The thought and care that he puts into his projects are as if he were designing his own home.
