> Beware of the presentation you receive. When you talk to references ask about working with the owner of the company. They are building my 1200 sq ft house. It was supposed to take 4.5 months . It’s on track right now to be finished in 8 months.
> The organization is pathetic with less than 5 employees trying to do work that needs 10 people. They even have problems submitting draw requests from my lender. It’s definitely frustrating and infuriating while paying extra interest on my loan because of delays.
