> I can't say enough about our gorgeous kitchen and the positive experience we had with Connie!  She was very attentive to what we wanted with our space.  She took pictures, listened to our ideas and our must haves, made some suggestions, took notes and then came back with a great plan.  She incorporated features that we didn't even know we wanted!  She brought several samples with her presentation and put together a wonderful notebook for us to keep with pictures and features of all of the items we were considering.  From paint colors to lighting to cabinet selections and countertops.  She even included range hood options as well as cabinet and drawer pulls.  She lined up our cabinet rep as well as our contractor and was at the preconstruction meetings when we met with them.  She was extremely valuable to have at those meetings because she knew the questions to ask and what to cover when we didn't.  She was in touch with us during the construction process and helped keep things running smoothly as well as give us encouragement! Connie is very patient, prompt and professional as well as respectful of your home, your time and your ideas.  She is upbeat and positive and doesn't push her ideas on you because she knows the space has to be something that you are comfortable living in.  We are thrilled with the results of our beautiful kitchen and highly recommend her and all of her talent.

Is this style of travertine dining table available for purchase? Where?

**Q: Backsplash Dimensions** *(in Design Dilemma)*

What is the correct space of a backsplash between lover and upper cabinets? The ceiling is 9 1/2 feet.
Thanks for any suggestions

A: The normal space is 18" for the backsplash between lower and upper kitchen cabinets.  Within this space, you can choose to use the 4.5" h backsplash in the same material your counter is in.   It can be very dramatic to use the entire 18"  to  create a design statement using decorative tile inlay for the entire backsplash.  With you 9 1/2 foot height of ceiling, you certainly have the ability to instal the taller upper cabinets, but the backslash distance stays the same!  Enjoy your remodel!
