> In July of 2019, I ordered a small set of custom kitchen cabinets for my tiny home in Darby. Brushbacks Woodshop owner, Bobby Louviere, quoted $11,500 for my cabinet set and I provided my initial deposit of $5500 for the project with a discussed completion date of October 2019.
> After several unsuccessful attempts to contact Bobby in September by both my husband and I about our cabinetry options, he finally communicated that he was unable to complete the project by the original four month deadline discussed and provided an updated completion date of April 2020.
> Unfortunately, the cabinet timeline did not fit in our construction timeline so we agreed to disband the planned cabinet project amicably, with a guarantee of fully refunding my initial deposit.
> It’s now over 14 months later, and I still have yet to received my $5500 refund for the scrapped cabinet project. After many text message promises and guarantees given in writing, I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Brushbacks Woodshop.
> He may be a fantastic cabinet maker, but I feel very taken advantage of after this terrible experience.

He did an excellent job on a pie safe that I was needing help with and he worked hard to fit my project into his already busy schedule.
