How is the homeowner finding Iceberg Blue Quartzite to live with? Etching/Staining/Fragile? It is out of this world. A: The home owner loves it! We applied our 15-year Warranty Sealer Kit to the countertops on this project so staining is a non-issue for them. Just as with Granite or Marble, acidic liquid could etch this material, however this hasn't caused any problems for them so far, wiping down with stone-safe cleaners. Quartzite is a very strong natural stone and is more comparable to granite than marble. **Q: I love this counter. What is it? Marble?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The island is actually Iceberg Blue Quartzite, and it is a lot tougher than the marbles that resemble it!
