Rick was great, came out to our home to measure and gave us a really nice design to work with, we made a few tweaks but everyone at KDS was really pleasant to work with and made the end result something we're really proud to show off. I would highly recommend them and will be back with any projects in the future. **★ — Deborah Dawson, Nov. 2016** > I ordered a kitchen redesign from this company and ended up with a mess. They brought an installer who they had chosen to do the tear-out and installation. Rick from KDS told me I should pay the installer directly, which I did, trusting that he would be back to complete the job as promised. The ceiling was damaged and left sagging. trim was removed and never replaced. The cabinets were installed around a water heater giving me no access to the heater. This, by the way, is a building code violation. A hole was left between the kitchen and the outside, KDS refused to take any responsibility for the incomplete job, and said the installation was not their responsibility. I have had to pay someone else to repair the damage they left behind.So if you want a new kitchen installed by a company that takes no responsibility for the quality of the work, adherence to code, and damage resulting from the installation, choose KDS. The folks at KDS are very knowledgeable when it comes to cabinetry and design. The quality of the products they offer is superior yet the pricing is what you would expect to pay for a less quality product. Unlike any cabinetry company we have dealt with in the past, they inspect each piece as its unpacked and replace any piece that does not meet expectations.
