It did take quite a long time for the cabinets/drawers to arrive, but Becka kept me informed along the way. She was excellent from the planning stage up to the arrival & installation. I could call and or email her and she was always there or got right back to me. Once everything arrived, the installation and desk top was coordinated in a timely fashion! Chris did a great job installing, he had to make adjustments and never acted like it was putting him out! The desktop person was great and made the time to come as soon as he could, being sensitive to how long I had already waited. My desk looks great and I am very pleased with PK Kitchens! This was not an order for a new kitchen, but was treated just as good!  I will highly recommend your company!!

> Many thanks to Marianne Clifford at PPK for my fabulous new kitchen!!! The entire process, from our first visit at PPK to the completion of the project, was smooth and almost stress free!
>  Marianne listened to our ideas and thoughts carefully and came up with a plan for our new kitchen that perfectly incorporated our ideas with her expertise. She was very helpful and knowledgeable as we selected cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. She took into account our budget as well as our preferences and guided us to the products that fit both our design and our budget. We decided to go with PPK for the entire project and were very happy with how well the construction process went. Gene and Chris were truly the "A" team as the lead construction crew for our project. They started the project on time and were on sight every day throughout. They were pleasant to have in our home and after having them here for weeks we actually feel like they are our friends. And our two dogs really miss having Chris here!! All of the subcontractors were professional, showed up on schedule, and completed their work diligently. We are very happy with our newly refinished hardwood floors, the tile work on our new kitchen and hallway and backsplash is superb! The granite counters were cut and installed perfectly! The crew found a few surprises in the walls upon demolition, including HVAC and plumbing in places they weren't expecting but they did not allow those issues to change the overall design. We went from a traditional center hall colonial with separate kitchen, dining room and living room to an open concept area with the kitchen, dining and living areas all one big L shaped room. The HVAC and plumbing in the walls could easily have made our ideas impossible but the "A" team made it happen!! The project did take a bit longer than we expected but it wasn't because they weren't here every day, working hard. They even did a few extra things for us, like putting up trim in the living room, that wasn't in the scope of the job. We could not be happier with the outcome and would recommend PPK, Marianne Clifford, Gene VanAmburgh, Chris Boulant, Mike the electrician, Wayne the plumber, Jason the tile guy and Tom the floor guy to anyone who is looking to update their home or business!! Many thanks to you all for creating such a lovely, warm and happy home for us!!!
