We gutted our existing bathroom, and Les helped us to design and then rebuilt it exactly as we discussed. He came in on-time and on-budget, worked cooperatively with us throughout the process, and his crew and other contractors were the most polite and punctual workers we have met in our nearly 30 years in Beaufort County. There were a couple of little hick-ups during the process (not of Les’s making but things like parts deliveries)—he just smoothly worked through them and adjusted the schedule to keep the renovation moving along. We saw the progress on a daily basis, and always knew what was going to happen the next day. Les immediately contacted me and scheduled an appointment to see my bathroom, discuss my vision for remodel, and to discuss the next steps. That same day, he sent me a detailed estimate, and the work began in March. I have never worked with a contractor who has been so true to their word and one who works hard to help you save money. He guided me on numerous occasions when I needed help selecting tile and other materials, and during the actual remodel. He and his team were always prompt, worked smart, made the best use of their time while on the job, and stayed within the estimated timeframe of completion.
