The other three have switched builders at least once, are significantly over budget and suffered year+ long delays getting into their homes. > When selecting a home builder be sure to consider the team you are hiring as well as the promised end product. My suggestion: focus more on the process than the end product. The relationships, great communication and hiring the best people are the key factors in achieving a process that results in the quality custom home you envision. Tony himself was “brought up on the tools”, so he is very knowledgeable about construction practices, and the nuances which come with a custom home build. Windows are metal clad and wood interior from Lux Windows.
