From the first time we met with them, throughout the entire build we always felt close to the project, even though we were not living in the area at the time. The Parkers listened to our desires, questions and concerns and were always there to offer their insights based on their experience. For example, we were VERY protective of the trees on our lot and the Parkers worked extensively with us and the architect to make sure we saved every tree possible. During the construction process, they provided thorough, weekly updates to let us know what was happening at the job site. Again, this was important since we were living 250 miles away at the time. If anything unexpected came up, Troy or Lisa were very prompt notifying us to get all issues resolved quickly and completely. > The Parker team was very good at keeping the build process running smoothly and efficiently. We were never waiting on permits, approvals or scheduling to keep the project moving.
