> All of the individuals I have dealt with have been very professional and respectful.  This was the first house we had built for us.  The builders helped us with choices on things I would have never thought I had to deal with.   Specific request were made during the building process and were integrated into the plan.  We just met our one year in the home and made our warranty repair request.  Most were typical items you would expect after one year such as minor drywall cracks and caulking.  There were a couple of other items that needed to be repaired and were dealt with without question who's responsibility it was.
> We were the first family to live in this neighborhood and the First Choice has shown significantly more concern than the other builders on the street for keeping the streets and construction areas clean.
> Note to future home buyers, my only regret is that the majority of the interior was painted with "flat" paint.  Flat paint shows smudges, fingerprints, etc.  Flat paint does not wash very well.  I would recommend semi gloss or egg shell.
