> Friends recommended BCD and I am sure glad they did!   The service was exceptional, beginning with the designer, Lettie, to the installation team of Josh and Wes.  Paul was honest and forthright with respect to supply chain issues and employee shortages.  I waited 4 months for installation, but I was informed of that when I placed the order and the date and time was firm and honored.  It was well worth the wait.  Josh and Wes arrived on a Thursday at 9:30 AM, worked diligently until 5-5:30PM.  They returned to finish the job Friday.  The work entailed a pantry and 2 large master closets.  The pantry was completed Thursday, and much to my surprise, was disinfected by the team, vacuumed and I was able to restock and rearrange my pantry that same day.  I would highly recommend BCD to everyone in need or organization.  They were clean, efficient and effective.  Thanks to all, especially Lettie, Josh and Wes!

> Very disappointed in the service and feedback for our project.  Took three weeks to get a quote, I called left a message about the quote with no return call for days, then finally a quote shows up via e-mail with a very plain Jane sketch (which I could have drawn) no dimensions given, no number of shelves indicated, no mention of how deep or how tall etc.

> Before our home was even finished in Millville DE, I knew I wanted to have the master walk in closet customized.  Behind Closed Doors completed the project for us and I could not be  more pleased with the results.  Patti met with me to select the color and type of cabinets, then went to the house to measure the space and delivered very easy to understand drawings for me via email.  Her install crew was great, it was all  installed in one day and they did a beautiful job.  We even had a last minute change to the design, and she kindly credited the invoice to reflect the portion we did not end up installing.
