> Sam Strump Builders LLC is AMAZING! They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your new build every step of the way. They are on-site daily and constantly communicate with the buyers. They are professional and very knowledgeable. We built two houses before finding them, so we know what it is like to work with others. We would 100% build with them again! In fact, we are getting ready to do just that. They already built us our dream house, time for our forever home and we wouldn’t want anyone else!

> cracks in foundation,  drywall poor, paint poor, grading of land poor i could go on. would never do business with them again. my last house was built better for half the price.
