**Q: Bathroom Fan duct** *(in Heating & Air Conditioning)*

What type of tape or material is used to connect the bathroom fan to the ductwork (existing or new) that vents to the exterior of a house?

A: Metal L Vent!

**Q: cork flooring  is it good?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

how is cork flooring in the bathroom?

A: I would not recommend it. It's super absorbent so moisture will stick and you don't want moisture in a bathroom! Stick to tile!

**Q: Concrete Finish Quartz** *(in Design Dilemma)*

What are your thoughts on this type of quartz for kitchen countertops?  What are the the pros and cons?  My husband really likes it but I’m not sold. I need more information before making a decision. What have been your experiences?

A: Love it! It give it such a unique look to it. No dilemmas or complaints from any home owners we have installed it for! Go for it!

**Q: Need Help on my "Built-in"** *(in Paint)*

Just bought my first home. It has what I call the mantle/built-in that used to separate the living room and dining room but has since been closed up. I want to leave the original wood as is (the darker brown) but I don't like the color of the lighter filler wood. What do you suggest I paint/stain the filler wood? I think painting it white would be too light and same with matching the light green walls. Thanks in advance!

**Q: Design Help -- Master bath paint color** *(in Paint)*

I'm thinking of painting the walls an off white and there's so many shades to pick from;  
I like BM Sand Dollar with bright white trim and vanity etc. should I paint the ceiling brighter white or use the wall color on the ceiling as well. It's a small bath with half of it being in the shower area. Any advice would be appreciated.

A: Use the bright white trim color for the ceiling! It'll make the space feel bigger!

**Q: Country Ledgestone Chardonnay vs. Bucks County** *(in Design Dilemma)*

These two are similar--main differences?  Any recommendations--this is for a fireplace in a modern farmhouse.

A: The top one pulls a bit of blue out - would be a nice touch to pull some of that color into your home while decorating with your Designer!
