> Unbelievably overpriced. I had a shower faucet that wouldn't stop in the right place and had mixing issues. All I need was to be told the parts and I could have gotten everything done myself, but instead of what should have cost $200 for a faucet repair, it cost me $700! Not to mention the fact that they couldn't make it out on the original day they said they would, Monday. Then they rescheduled me for the wrong day when I told them Friday. Mike was a reasonably nice dude, so that's a positive. Should have called someone else 100%

> This company is great, every step of the way, from scheduling to service. Ken was a joy to work with, so polite, professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough check to rule out issues and isolate problems. He explained what was problematic and gave me several options to consider to address the issues— then allowed me to choose the services I wanted to proceed with. And he did it all on the same visit! I am so happy with the result— not only are the repairs made, along with some needed upgrades, but I feel confident in knowing the true condition of the system and what to expect for maintenance on the future.
