> I do not recommend using KC Contracting for any work on your property. Karlo was not my choice of contractor. My incopetent condo management hired him to replace my flooring. Biggest regret ever. Didn't bother flattening the concrete subfloor and all the laminate started cracking. When I confronted Karlo on Google he denied that he did the work until I forwarded the emails clearly showing his name and email address. He refuses to respond or comment to this terrible workmanship.
