> The project consisted of remodeling 40+ rooms at a student dormitory, The work included, flooring replacement, drywall patching and replacement and painting. JR Construction was on the project daily, their work is of the highest quality and their team is professional and courteous. They completed the project on time and within budget. The project time-line was 90 days with a budget of $60,000.00. No photos allowed as the project site has restricted access.

> I was told about JR Construction from a camper who was camping on the National Forest joinng my property. I contacted Joel Gothard and we met and discussed the pond lining project. He gave me an estimate of cost & time to complete the work. We agreed and he brought his crew up and they lined my pond with  plastic liner and then lined the pond with rocks to keep livestock, deer, elk and other wildlife from puncturing the lining.  When the started, the crew went mostly from daylight until dark to get the job done. They worked in adverse weather conditions with raining a lot of the time without slowing down and did this in a very safe manner. I was able to watch project via surveillance cameras for a couple of days and then in person for the remainder of the job.  Joel & his crew did an outstanding job and in a very efficient manner. I would definitely have back to do other projects and would highly recommend JR Construction.

> We hired JR Construction to do a partial renovation on a bathroom, a wall removal, and a French door install in May of 2017. The tile work for the shower turned out very nice and they were able to accommodate a mosaic design in the tile as well. The wall removal and the French door install opened up a ton of space in our home. The work was completed in a timely manner and the crew was tidy as they worked. The owner, Joel, checked progress at every step of the way to keep up with our needs. Joel is very approachable, friendly, honest, and has detailed eye for his work. We were so pleased with the result we hired JR Construction again to repair water damage to the ceiling after our air conditioner leaked.  Very pleased with the result of that project as well.
