Do they get quite dusty & does it attract spiders? A: Hi! Thanks for reaching out. We have been installing these for more than 6 years around the world without any issues with pests or spiders. They don't attract dust and really if the environment is that of a typical home or building you really just need to run a microfiber duster across it occasionally. A: Thank you, here are some more examples of one of our dinning room designs and one to really show how well the green wall can make that particular color pop! **Q: How would you reduce the noise level without sacrificing home value?** *(in Landscape Design)* We have a large slope behind our home (and, unfortunately, a high retaining wall and very little lawn). At the top of the slope is a two lane thoroughfare BUT a couple of major chains opened and the traffic and the noise has increased substantially. Our upstairs bedrooms are in the line of sight to the road. The top of the hill is difficult to maintain and has a chain link fence separating the land from the sidewalk. The city owns the fence and about two feet behind it (towards our home)….my idea was to have a 6 ft. precast concrete “fence/wall” installed about 5 ft. in front of the fence (which will be just behind some trees) Maybe something like Stackwall “slate”….a bit contemporary since we have a 1980 split level ranch. Two questions…how do you think this will affect my property value? (Do you think I will get any return on the investment?) and do you think this is a good solution for the noise? This is my current master bathroom. I'm planning to paint the cabinets white, update counters to a quartz, and add a backsplash. My dilemma is deciding what backsplash tile would look good with my floors - which are not in the budget to change. I love this blue scallop tile, but am unsure if it is too bold?
