We are so happy we went with Freddy! Our project started small, but grew as projects do. Our main project was the tear out and rebuild of a dated TV/fireplace wall. A common design element from the early 2000's was a built in TV niche in the middle of the wall with a fireplace on one side and shelving for components on the other side. Obviously TVs and technology have changed considerably since then. Freddy gave us a new wall with the fireplace centered and the TV above along with cabinets and shelves on either side. > > Freddy was onsite much of the time. I pretty much gutted a high rise condo, and had an interior designer use existing architectural plans to redesign the condo. Freddy's team performed the demolition, and the rebuild. Renovating an entire condo is expensive. But when you have someone as dedicated at Freddy Torres, honest, and reasonably priced, it gives you piece of mind. As expected, minor things arise post-completion. I had two very minor items occur since the completion of the Punch List. Freddy immediately fixed the minor items, even after he has received 100% of my payments to him. Do yourself a favor.
