> Bernie Miller is a very competent and skilled contractor who recently completed a home improvement project for our new house in Poulsbo, WA. Bernie is really easy to work with,  and he brings years of experience to his craft. We had him design and install auxiliary stairway railings in our house. He made a site visit and took precise measurements and photographs to enable him to replicate the railing profile and mounting brackets.  After ordering the materials, he installed the railings and it looks beautiful. This was the second time we hired him for a home project. We couldn’t be more pleased with his performance.
