They provided a finished product that met our expectations in line with their reputation for quality craftsmanship, which exceeds the standard for anyone in the local area. However, we do recommend that before any work is agreed on with Target Building Solutions LLC, there should be a written contract providing a Firm-Fixed Price with an agreed upon timeline offering mediations for not meeting the agreement. **Comment from Target Building Solutions, LLC:** > This review is accurate. The cost was exceeded from the verbal estimate. Our company should have put more time and research into the estimate. We have worked with these folks now for the 3rd time. We did not intentionally mislead this client, but gave an about price that was exceeded because it is an old house they just purchased. The bath remodel was a total gut job, which required everything in the bath to be replaced. Adding a custom tiled shower with custom made glass shower doors, new vanity, toilet, removing an old huge jetted tub, cabinets and preserving a brick chimney for shelving, Our estimate and time frame was blown out of the water due to unexpected issues, and the older house being out of plumb, having to rehang a door that was not attached correctly which involved painting the existing hallway that joined the bath.......................................we could go on but you get the idea. It turned out beautiful! We consider these folks our friends, and sincerely hope to work with them again on other projects they want completed in this older beautiful home. They took my mom's vision for her living space and figured out all the things that needed to be done to get there, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, closet space, and kitchen space. He was here daily to supervise both his crew and specialty subcontractors. He was quick and courteous on adjustments that my mother wanted made. His team was professional, courteous and unobtrusive. As with any project like this there were other issues that were discovered but he addressed those without trying to upsell me into another project.
