They work as a creative team with their clients, assisting them in all the steps needed to design the house of their dreams. First they interviewed us to get a clear idea of what was important to my husband and I for our desired renovation, then they designed a detailed 3 dimensional computer model of our renovation. The first design was so impressive! (We had had 2 architects give us ideas before Susan and Tom came into the picture, and they didn't come close to what we wanted!) It was such a collaborative process. They were happy to tweak this or that in the model they came up with. For example, we realized that we needed the pantry here instead of there, etc. They truly want to help clients create such beauty and utility in their homes and happily work to meet your home needs! > They have been in the design business for decades and have a list of trusted providers that all do a great job.
