Most would think it is the result of combined apartments but someone actually planned it this way. Revamp quickly came up with three new layout possibilities. I was impressed. The bathroom has also been a challenge since we want to keep the current tiling but the remodeling requirements ask for new plumbing to the risers. > Revamp makes the process really easy and enjoyable. You always hear renovation horror stories but our experience has been nothing but a joy. Revamp helped us design our new apartment - everything from rugs, lighting, wallpaper and furniture. Revamp was fabulously creative. THey showed up to a couple of our planning meetings with materials and colors I never would have dreamed we would want in our house, and they worked. They have a fantastic eye for combining textures, periods, color and style. I was constantly surprised by the juxtapositions they created and how well they worked. I would recommend Revamp to anyone. Once the architect and contractor prepared initial plans for joining the 2 apartments, we brought Revamp in to help with renos and interior design including lighting, furnishing, and paint colors. They were incredibly professional and adept at working with the contractors and architects, and able to direct and focus their work in a way that I would not have expected. They caught contractor errors in small details. I'm certain there were many bumps along the way. The fact that I can't remember them is a testament to the fact that Revamp handled them with grace. Revamp worked to minimize surprises. They had a very good grasp of our aesthetic early on, so work proceeded smoothly and with very few revisions. **★★★★★ — michaelwaterman, Dec. 2013** > We worked with Revamp on the design and build-out of our acupuncture studio, which had a number of challenges. As we were looking at spaces they came up with designs so we could see if and how we could fit our core needs in. Being in NYC, inches can make or break a design and your business, so it was great to have Revamp's help. One of the challenges with the space we chose was balancing our needs for natural light, sound reduction and air flow between two adjacent rooms. A: The knotted sculpture hanging near the doorway is by Dana Barnes (www.danabarnesstudio.com) and is made from wool, cashmere, and silk fibers combined and tied into these fabulous chunky knots. **Q: Art work is interesting! Is it commercially available? If so, where?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: It's by Todd Norsten, and indeed he does sell his work, but the gallery we worked with no longer represents him, so I'm not sure where you could buy it. Search him out online! Good luck **Q: Wall Color** *(in Photo Questions)* whats the name of the wall color?? A: It's Benjamin Moore 2136-40/Aegean Teal. Looks even better in person :) **Q: Love the bed! Where is it from?** *(in Photo Questions)* Are there other color/wod combinations? Thanks! A: It is the Modu-licious bed from Blu Dot, and it's a fantastic choice for apartments or really any living situation where you need more storage space. There are three drawers on each side, so you really get full use out of all that space below the bed. The frame is available in several types of wood, and the drawers come in a number of solid colors-- you can even choose a different color for each drawer. **Q: love the couch, who sells it?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: B&B Italia.
