Adrienne’s vision to transform our historic home with modern flow and refined touches was born from her ability to listen and understand how we lived in our space. She gave us choices that fit our budget and was a steady hand throughout the entire demo/buildout and through to the final finishes. She advocated for us in any questions with the contractor and made the transition seamless. House remodeling is an inherently stressful enterprise, but Adrienne was a rock and a reassuring presence throughout the whole process. I highly recommend CONSTRUCT Design if your considering a home remodel and aren’t in the mood for a cookie cutter design and no architect interaction after the blueprint ink is dry. Adrienne is the antithesis of that business model.

## Community Q&A

**Q: What is the color of cedar shake, trim, and front door?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The siding is Fine line Haida cedar installed resawn side out with a Messmers stain (pine I think).  The door system is a clear coated mahogany while the door is painted a color the homeowner selected (unsure of final color).  Hope this helps!

**Q: Is the floor linoleum or concrete? Beautiful room!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The floor is linoleum--nice and durable for this artist studios space!  Thanks for the compliment.

A: I designed it and it was built custom by a local cabinet shop.
