> Ginny was such a motivator for me with decisions.  She always tried to keep me focused which is hard to do.  Always reliable & punctual.   She worked with me on things that I could not envision.  Most important she became a good friend and such a pleasure to work with.  She was very knowledgeable  about the issues I was dealing with.  Also, with this being a longterm work in progress ,  she kept current on everything that I needed.

Ginny Ezell assisted the complete renovation of my home and helped restore the mid-century charm that had been lost to past renovations over the years. She worked with our contractor and construction crews to be sure everything completed was in keeping with the architecture and period of the home. She taught me so many things along the way about design. She truly is a gem! Without her knowledge and expertise I could not have brought my dream to life. She was attentive to my wish list and mindful of my budget. She is an outstanding motivator and kept me going when I felt like giving up. Ginny is very hard working and puts 100% into everything she does. I was very fortunate to find her and incredibly thankful for her efforts on this project.

  - Description: This home has beautiful moldings and interesting ceilings; there are beautiful fireplaces and large windows; so I wanted to leave the decor and furnishings as neutral as possible to show off those features. This entire home is a study in neutrals, simple lines and comfortable spaces. There are lots of repurposed and refinished furnishing, as well as a custom-built breakfast table and china cabinet.

  - Description: This was nearly a complete tear-down, the original footprint was added on to in order to incorporate a full bath. The exposed beam ceiling and full wall of sliders, make this small space feel spacious and inviting. At just over 500 sq. ft., every inch matters and the goal was to get the most function out of the space without making it feel crowded and while maintaining great style. We believe we succeeded in doing just that!

They did a complete gut of most of the house, windows, walls, flooring, kitchen and baths; every finish and fixture is new. They had inherited furniture that they wanted to incorporate, we stayed true to the pieces, but freshened them up to make them feel like the fun, young family that would be using them now.
