**Q: Beautiful estate! I was wondering what the square footage is and can** *(in Photo Questions)*

you do a plan with a 2 lane bowling alley on about a 4500 to 5000 ranch not including a the basement . Or appox a 2 story home on a basement totaling 10000 square feet. Thank you in advance and love the curved catwalk!

A: Oh my goodness --- late response here -I did not see your question for some reason. This home totaled 27,000 Total buildable square feet which includes (2) 3-stall garages, storage and mechanical spaces in addition to all of the finished living areas. A bowling lane requires a total of 120 feet in length and includes 10 feet for the mechanical pin setter room at one end and another 10 feet or so for the seating area at the other end and is 8 feet wide --so very close to 1,000 sq. ft. per lane.  The curved walk is one of my favorites all these years--thank you!
