Attillio came out for an estimate and explained that our original gutters were old and improperly installed. He educated us by showing us where our current gutters were failing and suggested improvements to the design—all for a competitive price. (If you are looking for gutters, let me assure you that I got multiple estimates, and IHC was very reasonable.) Then, Nathan came out and installed them for us, leaving the area clean. After the replacement, we went out of town and cringed when we heard that our area had a week of hard rain. We returned home and guess what? Dry basement! Our experience was so good that we will be using IHS again: this time for siding and fascia. I had no idea. Tobias went up on the roof and came down with pictures of what he said was hail damage. Again, I had no idea. We were skeptical but Tobias convinced us that we should claim the damage on our insurance and he would take care of the rest. > > It took about 2 month between working with the insurance company and our mortgage company but we did finally get a new roof that only cost us $1000. Tobias was great, he saved us over $12k on the roof by tipping us off about it being damaged. He also handled pretty much everything. > > As far as a roofing company, Innovative did a great job. Innovative Home Concepts gave us an affordable quote and more importantly their manager was very knowledgable, polite and promised to start with the project during the next week. Now when the James Hardie sidings are installed, I can say that the whole process went smooth and stress free. Innovative Home Concepts workers were extremely professional, courteous and often went above and beyond the original scope of work, to satisfy our wishes. Both my wife and I are impressed because our house looks like a brand new one. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Innovative Home Concepts. The after install service is some of the worst I have experienced. I felt as if I was treated very poorly, especially for being a female as well. Lots of run around until my boyfriend called. Keep in mind he was on deployment with the military when he called so it was not easy for him to call. That should give you a perspective of the level of frustration I was feeling during this process that I had to resort to him calling to get a response. Only after that phone call do I get a response. I really wish I could recommend them, but I can't. In my opinion, the cost savings does not outweigh the struggle I had afterwards.
